You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Information may be used to improve platform features and send relevant communications.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: posting false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, harassing other users, or attempting to breach system security.
SEIC facilitates connections between entrepreneurs and investors. We do not guarantee investment outcomes, business success, or the accuracy of information provided by other users. Perform your own due diligence before making any financial decisions.
All platform content, branding, and software are the property of SEIC. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant SEIC a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

SEBI Guidelines: SEIC operates in alignment with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 where applicable. The platform functions as a matchmaking and networking facilitator and does not provide regulated investment advisory services unless explicitly stated.
Startup India Policies: If recognized under Startup India, SEIC may avail benefits including funding support, compliance assistance, and potential tax exemptions, subject to eligibility criteria defined by the Government of India.
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: SEIC collects, stores, and processes personal and financial information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. User consent is obtained prior to data processing, and users retain rights to access, correction, and deletion of their data.
Information Technology Act, 2000 & SPDI Rules: Sensitive personal data is protected through reasonable security practices. In case of a data breach, appropriate notification and remedial mechanisms will be followed as required by law.
RBI Guidelines: All monetary transactions, if facilitated through the platform, shall be processed using RBI-authorized and compliant payment gateways.
Income Tax & Angel Tax Regulations: Where applicable, entrepreneurs and investors are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation for tax reporting and compliance with relevant Income Tax provisions.
Users retain ownership of their pitch decks, business ideas, trademarks, and proprietary content uploaded to the platform. By submitting content, users grant SEIC a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to display such content for matchmaking and promotional purposes.
